For on-line voucher redemptions, simply quote the unique voucher number in the 'Note to Merchant' box on the checkout page. Once authorised, for Debit/Credit card payments redemptions will be deducted at source from the total cost; for PayPal customers redemptions will be via 'refund' directly to your PayPal account, following payment of total cost.

Conditions of Use
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed with White Witch and can be exchanged as full or part payment for goods available on-line or in store. They cannot be exchanged for cash, but may be exchanged for items at a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference. If the full value of the voucher is not used, no change will be given. No refunds or replacements will be issued for lost vouchers. Each voucher has a unique number - for on-line voucher redemptions this number must be quoted in the 'Note to Merchant' box on the checkout page. Once authorised, redemptions will be deducted at source from the total cost for Debit/Credit Card users; PayPal customers will receive a redemption 'refund' directly to their PayPal account (following payment of the total cost).
